Prior to AWS, Tom served as the IT Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) from 2006-2020. As an early cloud pioneer, Tom introduced and taught cloud computing at JPL, NASA and the US Federal Government. Through his early work in innovation and the cloud, Tom was instrumental in the US Public’s ability to identify and benefit from IT trends, leading to innovative solutions in Space explorations.
Louise is a theologian with two decades of experience in management and leadership roles across all sectors. She is a national expert in digitalization and AI implementation in society. In 2022, she founded the initiative #bättredelat, and is a voice on social media regarding our digital and sustainable society. Louise is a mentor at Women for Leaders. Previously, Louise served as Head of Collaboration and Innovation at SKR (Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions) and Head of Business Development at Stockholm Stad.
Martin Elwin, Technology Director for AWS Europe North, leads the solutions architecture organization and serves as field CTO of AWS across the Nordics, Baltics, and Benelux regions. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Engineering Director and Head of AI at Klarna, where he led the roll-out of gen AI technologies – helping make Klarna one of the most progressive users of gen AI at the time. Martin has now spent more than two decades helping organizations benefit from new technology paradigms, with particular expertise in engineering leadership, AI, system architecture, and cloud solutions.
